Only slightly, and it does look like a bale of hay
Okay, I grew up on the stuff and have fond memories of Weetabix. Want to try it again soon.0 -

Yes! I eat mine dry with Greek yogurt on top (fruit blended). Love it.0 -

I usually eat two rye crispbreads with spread (liver pate, cheese, smoked salmon etc), small glass of whole milk, a fruit and some raw vegetable (carrot, broccoli, cucumber etc).
Mmmmmmm - Pate'!
Such as the movie The war of the roses. Woof woof!!!!0 -

I don't understand any of this.0 -
I don't eat belvita purely because I can think of lower calorie choices that are far more filling, personally!
I stick to granola mixed with natural yoghurt, or cereal and a banana, or sometimes something naughty like a plain scone and fruit. As long as you are fitting it into your calorie goal, you can eat whatever you like!0 -
Thanks for the advice I had 2 weetabix and felt hungry still0

The honey and nut belvita with chocolate chips are AMAZING. So tasty. I usually have two with a muller light yoghurt for breakfast and save the other two for a snack or for the next day dependant on calories.
My normal breakfast is two wheatabix with skimmed milk and a teaspoon of sweet freedom (fruit syrup which tastes like honey). This morning I was craving toast, though, so I had some granary toast and jam. High in calories, whoops!0 -
I craved toast toast aswell but instead I jumped in my exercise bike drank sum water and no longer fancied it lol I love my weetabix for breakfast0

I don't really eat them for breakfast but got the Cranberry ones in the last few days and they're handy when in a hurry or as a snack.0

I do sometimes, but my partner likes them. I tend to get the chocolate ones as they have the most fibre (not by much but it adds up). Those yogurt ones are nice though: I had one yesterday.
Refrigerator porridge might be something to try, as it has quite a different texture to normal. Put some porridge oats (about 30g) in a bowl/container, up to 50g of yogurt (ideally a high protein Greek), spend fruit, and about 75-100ml of milk and any sweetener you may want and leave to soak in the fridge overnight. Some linseed or chia seed can be added to along with nuts. A bit like a Scottish cranachan.
Or normal porridge with a spoon of natural peanut butter (kelkin or meridian), is very nice too.0 -
I've tried them but they don't keep me full till lunchtime by themselves. Add a bit of yogurt and fruit, however...now that's the ticket!0

I sure do! Here they are as part of a delicious meal:
Totals for this meal are 630 kcal, 32g protein, 4g fibre.
