Hey guys and girlies, I just stumbled across this article which I found quite a good read so thought I'd share it with you. I'm sure none of us really want to give up our favourite treats so I thought this has some interesting and tempting adjustments you make to your food (or wine! :wink: ). Next time I'm offered a scone with jam and cream I won't be saying no!!

    I liked this article!!! But I don't eat any of the stuff they mentioned to swap out, I already eat the "swap ins," so I guess I'm doing pretty well!
