It is better to get encouragement from people rather than numbers and a website, so that's why I am introducing myself here. If you want meal ideas, take a look at my daily diary, because I know that's what I need most...meal ideas. I want to choose healthy, nutritious, gluten free food without compromising my calorie intake. So if you have any snack or meal ideas please share! I also have an autoimmune disease called Hashimotos so if any of you are stuggling with an autoimmune disorder or said disease, let's get connected. It is going to be extremely hard to lose weight without a normally functioning thyroid, but we can do it!!!!

    I have hypothyroidism and we can share meals and ideas. I to have a hard time losing weight due to my thyroid you can add me to your friends list
