That is amazing! I am currently 278 from 333 what advice can you give me? Ive been working out 30 mins a day3-4 days a week, also 5 mins of squats and 10 min yoga and a diet of 1200 healthy calories. I would love to hear how you lost so much and stayed focus, you are such a motivation!0

I think you're on the right track actually. I run 5.5 miles six days a week, plus weights and body work. I started slowly and built up over the course of six months until I felt comfortable enough to try jogging, then running. Motivation wise, I think it was a few things put together. I'm 43 with a wife and a seven year old daughter at home. I'm trying to live to see her be the awesome adult I know she'll be. Also during my process my father, after years of self abuse, passed away. It really hit home that life should be treasured.
