Diets that work and Diets that dont

I tried slimfast but it made me go to the bathroom aot and I gained on it. and alli I lost on it but still made me run to the rest rooms and weight watchers lost a bunch of weight on that. so my question is what diets have you tried that work and didn't? and what's the most extremest thing you done to lose weight?

    Slimfast: Always hungry
    Weight Watchers: Great loss, too proprietary to manage without membership
    Extreme: Some cleanse thing that involved maple syrup and cayenne pepper.

    for me diets don't work ... hence why I'll never go on a diet again!

    A healthy lifestyle with room for small errors, however, has lost me 33lbs so far!! :o)

    Never been on one. I just started eating very well and exercising. It worked.

    Diets don't work, healthy life style changes do. Just my humble opinion ;0)

    I have tried soooooo many diets that work, but only temporarily. I agree with everyone that says that a diet is not the way to go, that it should be a lifestyle change. Although, this is MUCH easier said than done! I do highly suggest looking into eating Primal and checking out a program that offers a lot of variety. Need any pointers or suggestions please message me:0)

    Thanks for the reminder on "Master Cleanse". Agree that life style change is the only truly long lasting and successful way to get and keep healthy.
