Hi my name is Ann. I am a 24 year old SAHM Of two girls 3&4 and a boy 3 months old. After the birth of my two girls i went from 135 to 220lbs where i finally decided to take action and start living a healthier life for not only myself but for my family. I gained 30lbs with my last pregnancy and looking to lose the last 20lbs and gain some lean muscle. Im currently on day two of the BODYBEAST program by beachbody so anyone else who is following it add me so we can keep eachother motivated!

Its really awesome! One of my fav beachbody programs apart from cize. Its helped me gain almost 8lbs of muscle and cut fat pretty nicely!0
