Starting Monday Oct. 5TH im starting a weight gain challenge..Come Join Me!! Ready to build muscle and add curves to that petite body...Are u a hard gainer like me..well lets do aomething about it.
Yess after kids and all im still 115lbs...my goal 122-125.

    Ok guys Day 1 i will add thoae that are here

    Obviously we are all having the same struggles..not eating enough,.little to no appetite, fast metabolism and maybe even illnesses..no matter how hard its been in the past lets do as much as we can to reach our goal...every bit of food counts so eat frequently. Strength training should help put that weight in the right places :)

    I'm in! 114lbs and seriously struggling to gain any weight especially muscle. I'm a petite person myself.

    I can't imagine where on earth I would find the time to workout between kids, work, and school but I'd love to be a part of the challenge. I need some motivation. I'd love to see how great y'all do!
