The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of October. Time to get moving!

    Oct 2 - 5.5 km (65 min) walking + 25 flights of stairs (18 min)

    Oct 3 - 27.3 km (85 min) cycling ... outside on the cycleway. Hot and windy, very windy. Challenging ride out, quick ride back.

    Oct 4 - 20.3 km (65 min) cycling ... outside on the eastern shore path. Really nice day. Slightly cooler and much less windy.

    Totals:
    Oct Cycling Outside: 47.6 km (150 min)
    Oct Cycling Inside: 0 min
    Oct Walking: 8.3 km (100 min)
    Oct Stairs: 50 flights (36 min)
    Oct Time Total: 286 min = 4 hour 46 min

    10/1 - night trainer ride (15 easy, 30 TT, 15 tempo, plus a little extra to finish the HIMYM epi): 17.01 miles in 1:06:22
    10/2 - night trainer ride (easy spin): 16.01 miles in 1:04:12
    10/3 - 15k run with rolling hills: 9.4 miles in 1:41:25
    10/4 - ride to mom's! 26.69 miles in 1:32:24

    3rd Oct: 1 hour gym (weights and treadmill) plus 1 hour spinning.
    Total for Oct so far: 3 hours.

    Oct 4th: 1 hour spinning and 1 hour circuits.
    Total for October so far: 5 hours.

    October 5th and 6th: rest days
    October 7th: 1 hour spinning.

    Total for Oct so far: 6 hours.

    Oct 8th: 1 hour circuits.
    Total for Oct so far: 7 hours.

    As stated at end of September my personal goal for October is 32 hours (and then November 36 and December 40!) so not quite on target yet but got some super sessions booked over coming days!

    Oct 9th: 1 hour circuit training style class (spin class cancelled - instructor was a no show).

    Total for October so far: 8 hours.

    October 10th: 1 hour spinning
    Total for Oct so far: 9 hours.

    Oct 11th: 1 hour spinning and 1 hour circuits.
    Total for Oct so far: 11 hours.

    Oct 12th: rest day
    Oct 13th: 1 hour circuit training
    Total for Oct so far: 12 hours.

    Oct 14th: late finish at work so gym plans scuppered.
    Oct 15th: 1 hour circuit training
    Total for Oct so far: 13 hours.
