Exercise & work?

I have a physical job, on my feet 8 1/2hrs a day lifting panels & timber of varying weights & sizes. How do I add this physical exertion as a calorific value to a daily plan?
At the moment I add 120mins walking @ 3mph.

    You should set your daily activity level to active and then don't worry about it as MFP will have this figured in for you. Only add exercise which you don't normally do, is strenuous, and takes preferably at least 15 minutes.

    Many Thanks. I have removed the exercises from what I have done & changed to active :) Looks more realistic now!
