I weigh 220 looking to be at 204 on October 30th

    All you need is a 2100 deficit per day. Or a lot of water weight to lose.

    60 minutes of cardio/weight training. Eating small portions.

    That's really not realistic. 2lbs/week is the maximum recommended rate of loss. Maybe you can lose a few more lbs of water weight if you're just starting, but not a total of 16lbs.

    That's a lot in less than a month. Doable? - probably, but in the "cutting weight" mode and not a sustainable (for the long term) process. Best of luck, brother.

    Thanks for all the advice and reminding me it's already October! LOL. I'm going to shoot for an 8 pound loss.
