How to divide up daily nutrients?

Ok so I am takin 1000-1200 calories per day but what pecentage should be protein, carbs fat etc?
I currently weigh 12s13pounds and would like to get to 10 stone in small goals. Can anyone advise?

    #1 piece of advice is to choose a much more healthy and sustainable calorie goal. There is absolutely no reason to eat so few.

    Once you accept and implement that advice, we can help further.

    That's the amount mfp gives me for my daily allowance, should I not be following that advice then?

    12st, 13...but not 13st. I SO understand that line of thinking!

    Just follow whatever the MFP spits out. For goals, anyway. You don't have to be exact every day. :)

    Thank you for the advice.
    My scale goes up to
    12.13 and 3 quarters then 12.14 would be 13 stone lol

    MFP's bare minimum goal for a female is 1200 (before exercise). Unless there's a glitch again (has happened in the past), it would not be giving you a daily goal of 1000-1200 calories.
