Hey everyone! Joining MFP again, and trying to make this healthy lifestyle stick. If anyone would like to friend me on here for accountability, that would be awesome! I have always struggled with my weight. My heigh weight this year was 196 at 5'4".. Not very healthy! The past 5 months I have gotten down to the 180-ish zone, but I keep losing my momentum. Hoping to really reach my goal this year of having a healthy BMI. Thanks for reading

Stick to it! I have trouble sticking with exercise, but I find that having a gym membership keeps me more accountable, I am not a fan of wasting money so I like to make sure I get the most out of my membership.0

I actually have free gym access, but never use it since I'm usually at work or with my toddler! I've been trying to start walking a ton to get my 10,000+ steps. I'm also starting some kettle bell workouts which seem pretty fun! Thanks guys!0
