How you eat if you get up really late?

                    Hey guys I have really bad sleep apnoea and some times I sleep in until midday if I have a rough night. So the question is  how should I eat when I get up should I just have my breakfast or just have my lunch and eat a bigger dinner. Any advice would be great thanks!

            I generally don't eat until after 11 because I work from home so I stay up late. I have a small breakfast (my guilty pleasure wildberry toaster strudel) at about 11-12. Then I have a 400 or so calorie lunch at about 3, normally eggs or something. Then I have dinner at 7 (normally 600 calories) and I have enough left for a snack after dinner. Sometimes on hungry days I might have some carrot sticks at about 5pm.
On the days I have to be out all day and I get up at 7, I eat the same thing, but I'm distracted by work so I don't get hungry, it works great for me!0 -

            When I sleep late, I just skip breakfast, and eat more snacks, or a bigger dinner. I don't eat breakfast all the time anyhow.0

            Breakfast is my favorite meal so I never miss it0

            I would just skip breakfast. If you are hungry later, you can have a larger lunch or dinner, or a snack. If not, save the calories.0

            lol. breakfast, lunch, and dinner? WHAT IS THAT? I HAVE MEAL 1 2 3 4 AND 5! Seriously though, it doesn't matter when you eat or how small or big your meal is.0

            I generally just eat my normal meals just in a smaller timeframe.
But I don't honk it matters in the slightest as long as you get the calories and macros your aiming for.0 -

This. As long as you are hitting your goals it doesn't matter how you divvy your day up.

            Thats why i love the weekends. I sleep late which means i eat less which means faster weight loss yay!0

Eat however you choose. It doesn't matter as long as you stay in your calorie goals.0
