    Glad I found this post! I started concentrating on my food plan September 6, 2015.

    I'm in I weigh every Monday August 31,2015 I was 242.I will see what I weigh this monday

    My weigh in day is usually Monday's too. My current weight as of yesterday is 154.8 I'd like to be 140 lbs by New Year's...I'll post if I remember.

    I am just seeing this post and hope it is not too late to start. I am currently at 194 and my goal is to get to 145 (not by Jan. 1). I do think I can get to 174 by then. Just seeing the lower number is exciting. I've had many starts and stops but need something to keep me looking forward and positive. I am not sure how this works but guess that I need to check this site everyday.

    3 Different Goal Weights, Because the Goals all land on different dates. My goals change very regularly, Depending on how I do on week to week Basis. The further the Goals are away the more unrealistic they become because technically it is possible, and knowing its possible is great motivation for me personally. My December 1st goal is the goal I am most focused on because that's 100 Pounds in 1 year.
