What are the best macro percentages that I should use when trying to cut?

    aim for 1 gram of protein per lb of lean body mass. If you don't know your BF% aim for 0.8 grams per lb of goal weight. for fat aim for 0.35-0.45 grams per lb of body weight, fill the rest of your cals with carbs, use protein and fat as minimums and carbs as a max.

    Since MFP needs % you will need to add the cals/gram 4 cals/gram of protein and carbs, and 9 for fat.

    What? Follow what eric said with the protein and fat, carbs are whatever is left. I think .45 is not necessary for fat though. I aim for .35
