Hmm, I would never do so on purpose but I used to be prone to grab a little handful here and there and then wonder why the bag got empty so quickly. Lol.

You may have already done this, but I was curious so I looked it up and it looks like here are the stats for a whole bag (does two cups worth sound right for the size bag you are thinking of?)

Anyway, for any inquiring minds if you decide to eat a whole bag of peanut M & Ms, it'll cost you:

    1,760 cals 184 g carbs 104 g fat 32 g protein 16 g fiber 200 g sodium

I really want to know what size OP is talking about. A 56 oz bag (I think that's the largest size available) has 8,051 calories.

I used to do that a few times a year. It took me a few days, though.

This is the 56 oz. I guess it's considered an "XXL"

OMG - didn't realize that came in bags that large. I've only seen the 16oz bags lol. I don't think I could polish off 3.5lbs of M&Ms, or anything for that matter, in one sitting lol.

That's why I was asking the size, because I can't imagine anybody eating this in one sitting.

of course. but not in a while. I don't buy them anymore because if I did, I would.

We have them in boxes here in Australia. Can easily devour a whole box of the things. Well - could anyway - don't know if still can as haven't gone there in a while

I haven't done it, no. For some reason I would always keep my candy consumption somewhat limited, but chips, cookies, ect was fair game. Go figure.....

Funny you mention this because my fiber one bars are the closest I've come to eating candy for two months now. My son walked past me with some m&ms last week, and they smelled soooooo sweet to me! Almost too sweet.

I don't think that would keep me from putting a dent in a bag of peanut ones though, so I'm not letting us cross paths.

Peanut M&Ms are 250 calories per 1.75 ounces (about 50 grams).
Plain M&Ms are 240 calories per 1.7 ounces (about 48 grams).

I used to walk to the grocery store once, rarely twice, a week and buy as much food as I could carry and afford for a brunch

A pack of some cookies, usually oreo, a pint of ice cream, Cheetos, a honey bun, and a microwave burger were the norm.

I probably would have a few months ago. I've never seen that size up here (Canada).

I have a friend who ate all the Halloween Reese's cups, then went out and bought another bag and ate some of those so that her husband wouldn't know.
