Left picture was August of 2014 at my heaviest (approx 370 lbs), the right is last week at 313 lbs. I still have a long way to go, but I'm getting there!25 -

Check out my profile picture its my before and after Feb 2014-Oct 2015. Starting weight around 73kgs now 64kgs. No gym did it all at home with dvds and lots of research about proper nutrition etc oh and lifting weights ive been liting since May and that is when i noticed my shape changing.1

It's been a lon slow road but here's my before and in progress pictures. I was doing the weight watchers program but I plataued and nothing I could do was helping me see a drop in numbers after the first 65lbs off. So I decided to try this app. I'm working on the last 50lbs now (4.4lbs off in 10 days on mfp)16 -

Hi Pals! I've lost 81bs in about 4 months now (yes it's a drastic loss but I made very drastic changes) I train heavy weights and didn't start doing much cardio until very recently. Looking forward to losing 100lbs by NYE and getting that much closer to reaching my goal!
