So...I was clearing my closet today, finally getting rid of all those 'way too big for me now' clothes and thought I'd share this moment with you guys:

Before and after of 1 week of an Ab challenge and then 4 weeks of a plank challenge.

Before is the top and I was 163 pounds and my waist measured 39".
After is the bottom and weight is 158 and waist measurement is 37.5". I am 30 years old and 5'4" tall. In addition to the challenge I also made sure to get 30 minutes of activity everyday either on the elliptical, by walking or, doing your basic floor and body weight exercises. In also followed my recommended calories set by MFP.

You all look great! I wish I had taken pics at my heaviest (264ish) Sometimes it's like those 30lbs never existed, and it gets discouraging to still have so far to go. Looking at all your amazing progress and hard work definitely helps it all seem possible! Great job everyone.

Haha thank you :) Around a 6.5 stone loss, and it took me around 18 months.

I am still a work in progress with about another 15lb-20lbs to go, but this is about at 15ish pound difference.

You look good in all of them but I do see your getting results. Way to go

Lost the bulk of it 10 years ago and have keep it off ever since . I was 295 and now I am 180.

Awesome. Keeping at it is impressive, well done.
