hi guys my name is Danielle I have used MFP and it was amazing I got lazy and well I definitely have paid the consequences I am in need of positive and motivating friends that are on this healthy journey as well I can use and and all motivation it's been really hard starting back up after so long

I'm sure you'll find lots of friends with likeminded attitudes, but in the meantime why not have a look at the 'success stories', I know that always helps me to feel motivated
