Logging bootcamp classes

I'm taking a bootcamp class at work. The routine varies each day but it's usually a combination is body weight/light weight strength and cardio. Any suggestions on how to best log the exercise?

    "circuit training, moderate effort" would be a reasonable, conservative way to log it (since you're doing it at work, I assume you're not doing "vigorous effort", since you probably wouldn't be good for much for an hour or more after the workout).

    It's after work so it's vigorous, my arms aren't working!
