I started my weight loss journey on Monday, I am eating very clean. I think it shocked my body because I feel great. I went to the gym and I worked out everyday this week so far. I am wondering if the ten pounds I lost is water weight? I have been drinking nothing but water. Need some pals to talk to during this journey.

    The first loss is usually a big whooooooooooooosh! It feels great but yes, a lot of it is water weight loss. Still - celebrate a job well done! You're doing great :)

    Thanks I'm going for 80lbs. I'm wondering will the water weight come back? I am determined to have my life back before the summer lol

    No, keep doing what you're doing and the weight will continue to drop :]

    Of course - revert back to your old habits and the pounds will come back - but you know that already!
