Eat at a deficit and you'll lose. It's that simple.0

My best advice is just to eat the foods you like at a moderate deficit and the weight will come off. Use a food scale to make sure your counts are accurate.0

I advise newcomers to simply get used to logging all your food for the first few weeks. Do you have a scale?0

Use MFP to reach your goals.. set small realistic goals for shorter periods rather than trying to do it all at once. Then adjust your goals as you keep reaching the smaller ones.
Eating your calories according to your plan and exercising everyday will do the trick.
