To gain size all you gotta do is eat like a savage and stick w a 5x5 program for 8 weeks

    I mean...eat at a surplus, log and track macros, run any proven strength or hypertrophy program, and probably for longer than 8 weeks.

    Well thats false bc u dnt wana get stuck in a pattern of excersie, thats how u rip and tear muscles.... Nd macros are important but timing your meals and consumption within that window is more important

    5x5 will build a good amount of strength, but hypertrophy probably not so much. Tension over time is a proven method for hypertrophy and usually reps are 8-12 with a high volume of sets (16-24 sets per body part) are usually the way to achieve this. And yes, I've tried many many methods even with the one set to failure methods for hypertrophy.
