I want to start a challenge!

But I've never started one before!! I think I want to do one for other people just getting into fitness. I don't really have a fitness routine, I'm starting at the bottom of the ladder for everything. I'm thinking I want to focus on that, just getting exercise in! And water, because that's also something I know I personally need to focus on! Would anyone be interested in doing one? Maybe a 5 week challenge, increasing intensity each week? Sound like fun? If enough of you are interested, I'll start one here tonight and we can officially begin tomorrow!
