If I marinate a steak in 1 cup of marinade how much should I add to my diary for marinade? I know it draws a lot of sodium but what about calories?

    I usually figure 2 - 3 tbsp of marinade for a 6 oz. portion and call it good. I don't think I use as much as a cup to begin with, though; more like half a cup and I suck the air out of the gallon-sized bag I'm marinating it in so the entire surface is covered.
