2 years ago I went from 178 lbs to 131 lbs.
Last year I went from 131 lbs to 155 lbs.
This year I am at 146 lbs.
I feel better at this weight and it also seem as if I have more muscle at 146 lbs than when I was 131 lbs.
I am trying to get my abs to show and even though I over cheated on my cheat days, I still have a small dip on my upper abs. I seem to not be able to get over the hump and don't know what else to do to at least get 2 or 4 pack.
I hope some one out there can help me get over this hump.

What does your training and nutrition look like. I'm sure you have heard it before but abs are made in the kitchen.0

My normal week day consists of eating mixed raw nuts and baked fish. I go to the gym when I can squeeze it in on a 13 hr work week.
I do the binder ball core dvd.
Can you guide me on kitchen nutrition & exercise?
