The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of October. Time to get moving!

Oct 3 - 27.3 km (85 min) cycling ... outside on the cycleway. Hot and windy, very windy. Challenging ride out, quick ride back.
Oct 4 - 20.3 km (65 min) cycling ... outside on the eastern shore path. Really nice day. Slightly cooler and much less windy.
