Hello all,

Getting rid of the last 48 pounds I have lost 67 lbs so far and have 48 to go YEA!!!!!! I am changing things up a bit. NO more carbs for 90 days... Looking for some motivation and support for some great people one here.. We can do this togehter.. Thanks to all
