I would still log it as aerobics.
I would not log cleaning. Some people do, personally I wouldn't.

Okay thanks I probably wouldn't anyway since it's already part of my daily life style it's not anything extra. Do I eat back all my excercise calories?

It all depends. The problem with calorie estimation is it is just that, an estimation. Some of the entries on MFP are a little more reliable than others. Things that are more specific, like walking or running at a certain pace over a certain time are going to be a better estimate than something less specific like "Volleyball" or "elliptical" since neither of those give any indication of effort and even terms like "moderate" "vigorous" can depend on a person's interpretation.

Personally, I stared out eating all my exercise calories back although I was conservative in my estimates with time and effort level. I had no issues. Other's feel they are way too high so they choose to eat 50 or 75% back.
It also balances out with how diligent you are with logging. Leaving some exercise calories at the end of the day can make up for some less than tight logging.
I'd also consider how aggressive your cut is. If you are aiming for 2lbs a week, and have a really low calorie goal I'd be more concerned with eating them back than if you have a high calories goal/lower weight loss per week goal.

The best advice is to pick one method and stick with it awhile, like more than 3-4 weeks. Then evaluate. Adjust as necessary. If you aren't seeing the results then adjust slightly. You don't have to go from eating them all to eating none.

You could also log it as circuit training, which is what most people seem to stick to for things like Jillian Michaels' dvds and other HIIT routines. As long as you're consistent and adjust based on your real-world results, it shouldn't matter too much.
