Well, I was 238 on the Monday before the weigh-in, and I'm not sure what's going on, but I technically gained this week. Totaled 8 hours of exercise last week along with three strength training sessions, but my eating was dismal and I overate half of the week. I am going to try to eat 1500 calories every day this next week, and see if that works. My body is feeling super strong and I'm fitting into my jeans better, and since I was 238 I won't take it too hard. BUT, I need to push myself more to at LEAST hit 232 again.
