I so need help and ideas of food to lose weight and to keep losing weight.

    I'm sure most people that you do Crossfit with you will tell you to eat Paleo, or some similar BS. Just set a calorie goal that has you eating at a deficit, set up proper macronutrient goals (0.82g of protein per lb of body weight, 0.4g of dietary fat per lb of body weight, remaining calories carbs), and hit those goals every day and you're good to go.
