Congratulations!!You look great. can you please share your calorie goals and exercise routine. Thanks
I stuck to the calorie limits MFP gave me according to my stats, and goals as per this:
If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal
If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal.
I walk every day, an average of at least 10,000 steps a day, and ate back 50-75% of the calories I earned from walking.
I also do a few bodyweight/Callanetics arm & chest exercises and stomach crunches, and I've recently been using the overhead lift machines on our local walking track.
I used my iPhone 6 Health app to count my steps, up until a month ago when I got a Fitbit Charge HR and started doing a bit of running.
I eat whatever foods I feel like, without going over my calorie limit once.
I drink 1-2 alcoholic drinks most days, and always have some sort of dessert. I eat a lot of seafood because I like seafood.
I usually drink sparkling mineral water, but I've had the very occasional full sugar cola.0 -
Wow! Great job! I should do more walking, I think!0
