    This is true for me as well , although I prefer coke cherry zero

    yep, zero calorie drinks regularly rescue me from temptation - like at the cinema last week where coke zero saved me from the popcorn.

    I also recommend San Pellegrino mineral water, the only mineral water I'm willing to pay for.

    Ive been trying to cut down to 3 cups a day to encourage myself to drink more water but it has totally made a big difference compared to when I was drinking regular soda

    I have cut out diet soda completely because even though it has no calories it seemed to increase my cravings for sweets. I do miss Fresca though.

    I drink diet colas........never has triggered me to want sweets. I am drinking more water, though, as suggested, so I notice I don't want as many soft drinks as usual.

    This morning I've already polished off three cups of water; one cup sweetened with Mio at breakfast, a cup of Vanilla chai at work, and now I'm working on a caffeine free diet coke. Hydrating really helps stave off a headache.
