so even though they don't have any calories, I found when I cut out my diet coke all together (now I have one every few days) my belly decreased significantly. I felt less bloated and I also didn't crave bad sugary foods. I think it has to do with the fake sugars, however you'll still lose weight drinking it.
Where as diet pepsi seems to help ease sugary cravings for me. If I feel like I want a little bit of something sweet, I drink diet pepsi or rooibos tea, and I'm good.
This is true for me as well , although I prefer coke cherry zero0 -
yep, zero calorie drinks regularly rescue me from temptation - like at the cinema last week where coke zero saved me from the popcorn.0

I also recommend San Pellegrino mineral water, the only mineral water I'm willing to pay for.0

Ive been trying to cut down to 3 cups a day to encourage myself to drink more water but it has totally made a big difference compared to when I was drinking regular soda0

I have cut out diet soda completely because even though it has no calories it seemed to increase my cravings for sweets. I do miss Fresca though.0

I drink diet colas........never has triggered me to want sweets. I am drinking more water, though, as suggested, so I notice I don't want as many soft drinks as usual.0

This morning I've already polished off three cups of water; one cup sweetened with Mio at breakfast, a cup of Vanilla chai at work, and now I'm working on a caffeine free diet coke. Hydrating really helps stave off a headache.0
