Hey there,
I'm looking for some support buddies looking to lose a significant amount of weight. I have issues with holding myself accountable so any help would be appreciated. Altogether I'm looking to lose about 120 lbs. thanks to a year on Abilify I gained that much in ONE YEAR and now I'm stuck where I am now. But not anymore!!!

I've only got about 20-30 lbs to lose, but I have some health issues that make those pounds pretty damned stubborn. But we can do this

Break that 120lb goal into smaller increments (example: 7lbs per month) and it'll seem a little less daunting. You'll eventually start enjoying hitting every mini target and before you know it, you'll be feeling incredible. Best of luck & stay strong.0 -

Have you considered setting yourself a fitness goal to help stay on track? Sometime it helps me to be able to remind myself that not only will I look and feel better, but I will dance better!0

You can do this! I know you can because I did. I lost 130 pounds. I still have to lose 60-70 more pounds. Just don't quit!0
