    the movie the 300. The actors in it were all pretty buff and the lead actor (Gerald Butler) I think gave out what he did to get in shape for the movie.

    If you haven't seen it, also check out the Spartacus Workout. Same theme..very tough tests strength and stamina, and will whip you into shape in no time

    Pullups - 25 reps
    Deadlifts with 135 lbs - 50 reps
    Pushups - 50 reps
    24-inch box jumps - 50 reps
    Floor wipers - 50 reps
    Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 36 lbs Kettlebell - 50 reps
    Pullups - 25 reps

    All exercises are done without scheduled rest between moves.

    Ummmm....thanks for sharing that, but if I could already do 25 pull ups, I wouldn't NEED to be working out! ROFL

    Hahaha. Reduce it to 15 pull ups and as you get fitter increase it!

    You have pullups at the beginning and end?

    I'll stick to my stronglifts workout, build strength in much less time.
