Leslie samsone walking start quick & easy part one
    and part two (30mins total)..

this is what got me to finally exercise daily. easy to follow and not hard on the joints!

if you end up really liking it, the walk at home 5 day slim down dvd under $10 is great!
(probably free somewhere on youtube too though)

What kind of equipment do you have?

Leslie Sansone is a great start for cardio. They sell some DVDs at Target, Best Buy, etc. A 5 mile DVD is a good value because chaptered DVDs let you skip miles. You can mix and match, to keep it fresh.

Strength (or resistance) training is also a good addition. If you don't have weights, look for body weight workouts. Fitness Blender is popular for on-line options.

I like Kelly Coffey Meyer DVDs. This site gives video clips & reviews for tons of DVDs.
