i keep going way over my 'recommended' vitamin C according to MVP.. And I'm not really over doing it on anything? A few strawberries and then anything else I'm over by 300%!! Is this really an issue or should I not worry?

The RDA for Vitamin C was only recently modified to be slightly over the amount needed to prevent scurvy. I take C to bowel tolerance, which for me is 5932%.

Vit. C is a water soluble vitamin...any extra that your body doesn't utilize, your body will just get rid of it.

^^This. Your body will take what it needs and you will most likely urinate out the extra.

My numbers are very similar to yours everyday. Vitamin C is good, and as mentioned above, any excess your body doesn't need you'll pee out.

This is why I laugh when people tell me about how awesome their mega-doses of vitamin C make them feel. Really? I have no interest in learning the joys of literally flushing away money.

Your body will flush out the excess if you have normally functioning organs. It is worth noting that Vitamin C toxicity is possible if your kidneys are in any way impaired.
