    Hanging skin?? Ohh I do, on my lower thighs, butt, upper arms and lower stomach, it's just hidden with clothes except the arms, but they are getting smaller, so not as noticeable ......, I took the slow route of losing weight (2yrs and 9 months). I do weight lifting and just drinking plenty of water, between 8-12 cups a day. :)
