Thank you@fanncy0626! My SW there was 275 or 280. Last time I weighed my CW was 186. I do a dance called jafrican fitness but it's only in Houston. It's African dancing with boot camp. But the main thing I do is lift. I'm pretty simple so I went to the YouTube channel getfitforwomen and took the advice on really simple weight lifting routines for women. It's like lifting 101. Lol0

@californiagirl2012 You look amazing and so much younger than your before picture!
You've all done an amazing job!
I've always used these forums as inspiration for my weight loss and fitness journey and I want to thank everyone for being so supportive and motivational! I’ve lost 30 pounds since last February via T25, Les Mills Combat, running and strength training. I’m not at my goal yet as I still have some body fat that I’d like to lose, but honestly, this is the best shape I’ve ever been in and it took this side-by-side comparison for me to realize it!

So my starting weight was about 174 at 5'9". The after picture was last weekend at about 152lbs. I'm still looking to lose another 10-15lbs, but I am more going by how I look versus using the scale too much.
