Hi, I've read Bigger, Leaner, Stronger and been really impressed. I've been following the training routine for 7mths and didn't change my diet until recently as my focus was on regular training but I have lost both weight and inches and my strength has gone up by at least 50% on the main exercises, with a 100% increase in deadlift.0

I bought it and have started to change up my routine. I'm loving it. I bought my husband the bigger leaner stronger.
How many days a week do you do? I workout 5-6 days a week. I love cardio and need it for destressing reasons. So I'm trying to figure out what routines to do, when. On a good day, I only have 75mins at the gym before work.

The 3 day a week suits me best with family life, Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday but I have started to do 2 sessions of cardio on a Monday & Friday over the last few weeks to help assist my weight loss.0
