What is the best time of day to weigh yourself for true weight?

    Just be consistent. Usually easiest to do that first thing in the morning.

    First thing in the morning, preferably the morning after a rest day, right after you do your *bidness*.

    In the morning, after you use the washroom, but before you eat. If you weigh yourself in the middle of the day or at night, you're also weighing everything you've consumed that day.

    They're all true weights. I do it first thing in the morning because that works well for me. I can be one number in the morning and four pounds heavier at bedtime, though.

    If the scale is accurate, it always reflects your "true weight".
