really need help here. i need to loss 20 kg and 21 yo with bad eating habit

Hello everyone.
Today is my very first day joining MFP. I really need some friends and some advice to control my eating habit. I ussually can control myself for about a week and then i will have another week of binge. The result is weight gain

    You should focus I guess first :) And you need to put a goal first. 4-5 kg per mount is normal weight loss. Note your eating habits and life style, and you can decide what you can change easily at the beginning than you can change more things.

    You need to ask yourself how important your goal is to you :]

    If it's important enough, you'll continue your healthy eating plan. If it's not a priority right now, you'll lose control a lot quicker. It really does come down to have much you want this and how much you are willing to put in.

    Yes may be i should give this a try. Start from the easiest one.. I think its good for a long term changed lifestlyle and eating habit.. Thankyou
