    When you add something to your diary and it adds twice, then you take a closer look, delete duplicate entry and realise you have 'extra calories' for chocolate. YEAH.

    I totally know what you mean. My protein goal is practically impossible to hit without blowing over on calories overall.

    I feel that way about my fat macro. LOL! I'm not into the mouthfeel of added fats in my food usually.
