The first ingredient in tea tox is Senna. All you are doing is taking a laxative tea.0 -
try a fiber bar, mine are 10g eat 1/2 in am 1/2 in pm. too much fiber all at once will cause pain & bloat. also flaxseed will help. i also take a probiotic & LOTS of water each day. if someone else in house they can rub lower back on each side of spine & this may help(used alot in nursing homes)0

OP......more fibre, water & fat in your diet should solve the problem unless you have an actual medical issue. Immediately upon hearing the words detox (unless you're a drug addict or have been exposed to heavy metals) or cleanse immediately assume the person uttering said words is either misinformed or a con artist.0 -
Remember that over half of your food intake should be fruits and vegetables. Every day I eat 2-3 stalks of celery, a cup of raw carrots, an apple or other fruit, a serving of triscuits, a cooked vegetable or two in the evening and maybe some wild rice plus enough liquids and my body runs like clockwork. Fiber + water is the key. Fiber without water will result in constipation.0
