I have an extremely fast metabolism and I'm really skinny and I'd really like to bulk up! I recently started going to the gym and was wondering if anyone knows the best way to gain quick leg muscle (thighs, calf, butt), shoulder muscles, and arms! Even tips on things to add to my diet after working out!

Eat eat eat. A lot of clean food and a lot of protein. You can get yourself a gainer too. And you didn't mention what you do in the gym. Some power lifting would be good for you I recon.0

I just started the 30 day squat challenge & I've been getting 110 grams of protein a day (I also weigh 110 pounds and I'm not worried about weight, more about overall feeling stronger and having confidence in my appearance). At the gym I start with bikes & elliptical for about 10 min each at a high level. I've only tried a few machines: leg press, leg extension and a few arm machines.0 -
being female you wont gain muscle fast. maybe some newbie gains at first(most likely it wont be enough to see),but after than it will slow down. women gain muscle slower than men since we dont have the testosterone they do. you definitely have to eat at a caloric surplus to gain weight and muscle. just put your stats into MFP and put that you want to gain weight and make sure you eat that amount of calories it gives you. try that for several weeks to a few months. you may have to tweak your calories and macros(fat, protein, carbs) every so often as well. just eat more, lift heavy and give it time. you cant rush building muscle just like you cant rush losing weight. just make sure you eat something with carbs, fat and protein after a workout to help with muscle repair and to fuel your body. if Im wrong someone will correct me0

You won't gain muscle fast. It takes time, a calorie surplus, and heavy lifting/training with a progressive overload. The 30 day squat challenge and machines won't be much help. Get on a heavy lifting program such as: Strong Lifts 5x5, Starting Strength, New Rules of Lifting for Women, Strong Curves0

This.
Jogging and squat challenge won't be terrific at gaining muscle
Eat at a surplus , pick a lifting program.0 -

thank you so much, all these tips are super helpful0 -
+1 eat a clean surplus, lift heavy and strap in for the long haul. I would also cut all forms of cardio and concentrate on the lifting.0

How many calories are you eating? The majority of the time, people don't have a fast metabolism, but rather they are pretty active or just aren't eating a lot.
Definitely look at programs like @arditarose suggested and also read the stickies at the top of the page.0 -
Go to bodybuilding.com and try their training programs. One of my favourites is the shortcut to size program, it gives you an outline on not just training but a meal plan and what supplements to use to maximize your gains. I gained 10 lbs while on it and I'd recommend it to anyone on any level.0

Supplements dont maximize your gains.. they supplement where you lack in nutrition. Since its bb.com i assume they are selling through good advertising. The only supplements that are even worth anything are creatine, whey (if you struggle to get protein), and caffeine (although that doesn't affect everyone).
How fast did you gain weight.. and the bigger question is how much was muscle vs fat.0
