There's not much to go on in your request.. Do you cook? etc..

Eat plenty of protein and get in good healthy fats.. this is a great way to keep you full and and fuller longer..

I cook a lot. I just seem to be hungry shortly after dinner. I'm Italian and I'm used to very filling foods. All very good but not the most healthy. Lol

Protein rich meals....chicken, fish, beef, etc. Chicken fills me the best though.

I normally eat baked or grilled skinless ckicken with a salad and a couple of vegetables. Within a couple of hours , I'm hungry again and it's been tough dealing with that for the last 2 months. Any suggestions?

Some people will have suggestions on what to make for dinner, but I personally hate being DONE after dinner. When I have a 200-250 calories deficit I will literally save up to 400 calories to have after dinner. I have tons of lower calorie "meals" I will eat up until 10 pm. Pre-log, make room for an evening snack. So nice to have a treat to look forward to. And your treat doesn't need to be ice cream, even a little egg and a couple slices of bacon, toast and tea, etc.

Are you getting enough fat? What are your macro goals? I'm using 50%C/20%P/30%F.

If I'm hungry, I eat at least a little something. If I don't have many calories available, I'll microwave a bag of green beans or something with very few calories but a lot of volume.

You might have slightly smaller meals and plan for snacks between them such as a cheese stick or some yogurt.

This^ the rest is up to personal taste. Protein and fat will fill you the longest.

Oatmeal has a well-deserved rep for sticking to the ribs. :)

Fiber hangs out longest in the stomach, so many people find that they stay fuller for a longer time with high-fiber meals, but many people find that protein and/or fat makes them feel full the longest.

You just have to pay some attention to what you eat and how you feel later. Some people keep diary notes about that stuff and make comparisons.

I don't understand the oatmeal being filling thing. Least filling thing I could ever choose to eat.
