Could I have some words of support?

I'm recovering from anorexia and a few weeks ago I met my goal weight of 107. I'm still on a high meal plan, but I'm maintaining. I just met with my nutritionist and she wants me to keep eating 2300 calories a day. This is making me really anxious and I need some support so I can get through this without restricting. Does anyone have advice?
I really, really appreciate all help. I mean to make this seem like I'm seeking attention. I've just learned that I can't handle these things on my own, and that the people in y life don't always understand.

    Good Morning, Dear Friend!
I'm so glad you're here and seeking support! While we are are slightly different journeys (I am working to lose weight), you and I are much the same. The anxieties of not liking or recognizing your body in the mirror can be so daunting, but that is why we lean on one another!
Your nutritionist is helping you with the physical part of your battle, and hopefully you have someone helping you fight emotional and mental battles as well... That is so very important! You are here and doing the right things, seeking support and encouragement... That means that you want this! You want health! You want LIFE!!! You're getting it, a little at a time.
You're on your way there, and you're doing what needs done. While the numbers are important on some levels, when they start to overwhelm you, just remember to focus on the "big picture"... love of self, truly living life without ghosts, overall health!
Keep on keepin' on! You've GOT this!!!

It's scary, but this is one of those instances where it is best to put yourself in the hands of the expert. You're very lucky to have someone who knows what you are doing telling you how much you should be eating! Most of the rest of us are messing around with online calculators and trial and error. I'd say let yourself go on autopilot a little bit and coast along with the plan. You are doing great, so just keep up what you have been doing!
