Hi all.
I'm very slack with exercise, can't seem to keep motivated. Who else is in the same boat !?

as Nike says just do it! You cant think about it just get up and exercise. And if you don't have the time for a program try and move around more. I have a jaw bone that I recently got it tracks my steps, since I got it I have been moving so much more.0

The only person that can motivate is yourself is you. You can have people tell you what to do, how to do it, when to do it...but in reality, you have to be the one to make all those decisions. It takes 90 days to make something a habit. If you work out 4 days a week for about 3 months it will be second nature. On days you don't workout try and get a walk in just to keep your heartrate up. Anything you want to do, you can do.0
