I ate 5 fruit loops trying to get my kid to try new foods (he has autism) and I didn't log it because I have no idea how to log 5 fruit loops. :'( lol

    I never track beer.
    I don't track mustard or ketchup, or most sauces unless I know they are SUPER caloric.

    Then, some days when I am hungry, I just don't track anything and enjoy the day.

    I love alcohol. I would drink a half bottle of vodka and be fine lol I dont drink often though. Im not sure if Id normally track liquor...but considering how much I drink, I probably will. I confess I do track mustard, even though it says 0 calories. Lol.

    I had a few snack size Kit Kats last night...but I'm more here for maintenance these days. I only log my food now just to be 'aware' that I don't go too overboard and turn into a fatty again

    I don't track beer unless I've had a ton, and even then I don't put it in my diary I just watch future calories and exercise it off. I also don't track if I had a couple slices of lunch meat.

    I don't tend to log jalapeños or other chillies, or garlic cloves, as I can never be bothered weighing them. My partner never logs his sauces, even mayo! Madness.

    I really try to log every bite, sip and move, but I will confess that I really wish I could log medicine that could throw off my calories, as well as basic motions like laughing, driving, what have you.

    I never log most veggies or fruits (banana, avocado, potato and sweet potato are the only exceptions) why? Because no one should limit them, they will not be the reason you aren't losing fat (that's the processed food) 99% of people don't eat enough of them!!! I eat them with every meal and snack on them I between meals!!!

    I use less than 1/2 tbsp. of spicy ranch on my eggs or egg tacos so I don't usually log it. I don't log onions very often, or mustard or ketchup. I don't use a big amount of any condiment so I actually don't log those really, except for mayo or jam/jelly.
