Sodium in canned chicken

The canned chicken i usually buy has about 600mg of sodium in a 5 oz can, how much of that would you guess is retained after draining/rinsing?

yeah, pretty much just like tuna. the stuff i buy is in water not oil. personally i think it's juicy and delicious though i'm sure cooking my own would be better.0

soup or pasta dishes mostly, i live alone so it's a nice way to get a quick convenient single serving. works well for salads too. i have weighed it before and after and about 1/3 of the can is water which i would have to assume must have a decent amount of the sodium but yeah i suppose it is probably still high in it.0
